Viscoelastic FluxSolder Paste.There is almost no Flux Peel Off during the reflow. Even on impacts or when bend, there flux residue shows no cracks. Even in the heat shock test (- 40℃~+125℃×1000 cycle) the flux residue shows no cracks. There is no color change to the flux up to 130 degree and the residue does not flow off. There are no cracks up to -40℃. Very high SIR value! N2 recommended for Reflow.
